CARDIO PUNCH – A HOT AND SWEATY FULL BODY WORKOUT THAT COMBINES AEROBICS WITH MARTIAL ART TECHNIQUES

KETTLEBELL – A MUSCLE BUILDING CLASS USING KETTLEBELLS. The kettlebell  is a cast iRON weight looking somewhat like a cannonball with a handle. Kettlebell workouts are intended to increase strength, endurance, agility and balance, challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular system  with dynamic, total-body movements.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (H.I.I.T) – THESE CLASSES ARE  BUILT AROUND an exercise strategy that is intended to improve performance with short training sessions. HIIT is a form of cardio which is beneficial to burning fat in a short and intense workout. Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 15–30 minutes. Most HIIT sessions have a 2:1 ratio in terms of time. For example, 60 SECONDS OF HARD EXERCISE, FOLLOWED BY 30 SECONDS OF REST. – THESE CLASSES ARE FUN AND YOU WILL BURN FAT!!
